Doug is an acknowledged and prominent business and real estate attorney with over 30 years of experience.
In 1985, Doug founded Durbano Law Firm and concentrated on business/commercial and tort law. Doug has extensive litigation experience having conducted trials in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eighth District courts; conducted appeals to the 9th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and both Utah Supreme Courts and Appellate Courts, having actually argued the case.
In addition, Doug has founded, developed and directed several businesses in real estate, banking, financing and commercial areas.

Richard has over 30 years of experience practicing law. He has a wide range of experience, including working for 20 years in the federal court system and private practice while working in Washington D.C. Since moving home to Utah in 2009, Richard has practiced in general civil litigation and personal injury law. Richard has been a frequent presenter at Judicial Conferences and CLE presentations.
Married to his wife of 34 years, together they have six children and five grandchildren. When not practicing law, Richard enjoys coaching youth sports and umpiring High School baseball.

Prior to joining Durbano Law Firm, John worked at a large Salt Lake City Firm representing clients of all sizes and in a variety of matters. John attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, he served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and interned for Judge Madeleine C. Wanslee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona.
